Only 1 machine working. Bought my autistic brother here with his sunflower lanyard and asked to order at the till as he was getting anxious. There was no effort to help us and we ended up waiting a long time
Ordered through ubereats a couple of times and they either forget things, bring a warm bottle of drink or undercook the food every time, sometimes all three. No point phoning to complain as they don't bother to pick up the phone. Order always correct on the receipt so KFC solely to blame. Avoid this particular restaurant.
Service was efficient and prompt but unfortunately the online app wouldn't or couldn't complete the order for two days running so in the end we had to go there ourselves.
I've been to a lot of KFC restaurants but this one definitely has the fastest service!!! And it was a big order too!
Waste of time, bought 2x 2 burguer deals only half one was delivered. Just eat is refunding only 40% of order's total, not even including delivery charge.
Ordered online and there was a mistake, have tried 24 times now to call store to sort and NO ANSWER!!! despite it being peak dinner time on a Sunday!!! Save you money and use Camberley restaurant instead!
Awful customer service! Avoid avoid avoid! Items missing from order and they just ignore you. Tried contacting their head office which you can only do via social media and they just don't care. If you want to receive what you actually ordered, I advise you to go elsewhere. Seems like a common problem with them.
