Me and my wife used to come here a lot back in the day when Roby P owned it, what a nice man, he gave me my grandson a pound back in the day when he was in the pram. This KFC means a lot to us. RIP Roby P from Michael and Dorothy dougan.
Much too slow to both order and collect food. I was next in the queue but waited 15 minutes at the counter before someone came to place my order. I then waited a further 25 minutes to collect it. A massive queue began to form very quickly with everyone waiting the same time. This being said, they seemed terribly understaffed and flustered with only one person taking orders and preparing drinks, therefore the slowness being no fault of their own. I totally sympathise with the staff as they were clearly under pressure and couldn’t work any faster. However, 35 minutes much too long and just not worth waiting.
Staff don't give 2 hoots takes tham forever, had already ordered got food & went back to get spoons for the kids ice cream as they didn't give us any but stood at the counter for ages while all staff just continued to take pictures of chicken & chat etc then came round looked at me & still went to ignore me until I was like Excuse me!! No sorry no nothing, last time for kids party cos there was so many kids they tried to get away with not giving them the free ice-cream!
Staff are brilliant unlike other kfcs very accommodating food is always fresh an tasty.. I actually gout out of my way to go hereFood: 5/5
This meal of 1 boneless banquet and 1 hot wings wasn’t cooked and when the staff where told one said “ I don’t know how to cook chicken “and had to ask another member of staff there opinion on the matter . The other staff member said it was cooked properly it was only pink because it’s marinated then refused a refund. Shocking behaviour from all the staff members.
Here's the thing, this can be the best KFC you've had or the absolute worst, unfortunately it regularly falls in the latter category. The wait times are simply phenomenal, I ordered via the app for collection and with 2 orders ahead and no drivethrough cars that I could see it still took a good 8 minutes from when I interacted with the lovely guy at the till to when I got my order. Having worked on a KFC in my formative years it was apparent the chips were being pulled 20-30 secs before the beep, which is baffling as I still waited another 3 mins after they were pulled to get my full order. Unless you're hitting the drive through and not in a rush I'd suggest driving up to McDonald's and struggling to get across the dual carriageway over waiting on your food here. Can't stress enough that the chap on the till did exactly what was expected of him, it was and always is just so badly organised.

Never will I be back again. You'd to wait 10 minutes to make the order at the drive thru , even though it wasn't busy at all , Placed my orderd and when I finally got it it was all completely wrong, 3 different meals for myself and my family , each one worng and missing items . Even though it clearly stated on the receipt what the order was. I could of been more understanding if they were flat out busy , but they weren't . One car infront of me that was it. Everytime I've went to this KFC , they never get the order right . And with the price of the meals it should be right. Avoid at all costs. Just really slack not worth it. Food wasn't great at all either.
Have tried two or three times now to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I'll not be back. Firstly if you're considering a drive thru bring a sleeping bag. Secondly the chicken isn't fresh, it's dry and almost burnt usually. Really poor quality, has more or less put me off KFC altogether. Grim
Had to wait ages on order, which was fine as I was warned when ordering, but to get home with the wrong order. Not happy. Don't think the wrong order is worth what I paid but im not going back out..the crazier thing was that the right receipt was in the bag. Tried to ring also but no answer.
