All 4 portions of fries weren't included as I discovered when I got home and out of 10 pieces of chicken 8 were drumsticks and 2 thighs, all with barely any meat. The drumsticks were very greasy and clearly old. All after spending 40 mins in the drive thru and even being asked to park up after all that.
I've always got good food from here. But make sure you check your order before leaving they normally forget to pack items.Food: 4/5
Discussed with meals ,food freezing there wasn't even anough chips in the small bag in side the outer bag ...chicken freezing in both meals 3 piece chicken, and fillet burger which I never asked for I ordered a tower burger .wat I got was disgusting. I hope you reamidy this ....mind you the food was not cheap ...

Clean and well decorated. You chap serving honestly couldn't be bothered. Gave the impression he didn't want to be there. Sadly on this occasion the chips were quite cool and the chicken was usually greasy to the extend we left some pieces from the bucket.Food: 3/5
We were up from Meath doing a bit of shopping 2 weeks ago and stopped here…Possibly the best tasting KFC I’ve ever had.Chicken was cooked to perfection,the place was spotless clean and bright and the staff were ultra friendly even though we were struggling to understand each other on a couple of occasions Great spot we’ll be back thanks

Just spent 25 minutes + in the drive thru queue. Was told they only had boneless chicken left so ordered the 4 piece boneless dip meal. Requested my dip at the first window and was told to ask again at the second window. 9 minutes later when receiving my order i again asked for a dip only for another 3-4 minutes as the girl tried to figure out how to charge me extra for this. Eventually I was given 1 solitary packet of ketchup. I parked up to eat my meal only to discover the drink was room temperature and flat and the meal contained a grand total of 22 chips. 25 minutes of a wait for 22 chips, a flat drink and pathetic customer service. I doubt I'll be back in a hurry. My I suggest the franchisee invest in some staff training, effective stock management and improved operating systems.
Shocking service!!! The girl I spoke too refused to give me her name no name tag but has BLUE hair and a cap on and when I asked how long waiting time was for personally coming in to order and sit in with my family I was told 30 mins!!! When you ask a question or point out that deliveroo and other delivery companies are getting priority you are told not to be rude!!! She was disgustingly rude!! If you can’t handle the walk in business then close your sit in area!!! These delivery companies take priority over the clients that make an effort to personally go in!! There is no longer any customer service or care in KFC PORTADOWN and I will take great delight in informing everyone I know just how disgraceful this branch is!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!
A visit with the grandchildren for the first time at Portadown. The food was finger licking good, the place was clean and the staff were very pleasant.Recommended dishesFried Chicken
