First of all it's neat place and placed in a clean area, feel so much comfortable to dine in there.But it's quite busy there  drive through and dine in.Really good experience as a customer good employees there, food is also tasty.wheelchair access  car parking facility toilet also available there.you can enjoy with your friends and family like a good atmosphere inside or in the car.I really appreciated the way they placed the building,we can sit inside and get a view of outside while eating.I give a five star rating for it.

Ordered boneless box meal, no popcorn chicken in the bag, Pepsi Max even though I'd paid for regular. Service is good, just not the best at getting the amount of food and sort of drink ordered correct. Bit of an odd place.Food: 2/5

The team working in this branch are always super efficient unlike some of their rivals the ice-cream machine is always working and the staff clean at every free moment and do a great job chicken is always juicy and freshFood: 4/5

I went to eat today but my English is poor, so I ordered non-standard food and the service staff showed an unpleasant attitude as if they discriminated against foreigners like us, making my meals and my family's meals not good.  comfortable

Placed a priority order, paid extra for delivery straight to us for my daughters birthday. Ordered a 12 piece boneless sharing box. Chicken arrived sweaty, chips were floppy, beans very cold. Obviously wouldn't be bothered any other time but had to order from elsewhere after already spending £40 here! Daughter asked why her chicken wasn't crispy and said she didn't like it this time. Very unhappy as usually I never have an issue

We came in on a Sunday around 2pm, my first time here. We ordered a large Zinger Burger meal and a regular 4 piece origonal recipe chicken. My Zinger was delicious, cannot fault it, The zinger chicken coating was perfectly crisp. I  do wish there were more chips though. My fiance' loved his chicken pieces, Place was clean, service was patient and friendly. Reasonably priced and not so busy which was great.

Staff were efficient, well mannered and answered any queries I had.  The food was good and I received what I ordered.Food: 5/5

Had to pull over and wait for our order which was fine but got home and realised they hadn't given us an item, too much hassle to get a refund so just left it. Wasn't worth the money I spent as it was very small portions.

Cold chicken fillets cold chips. The gravy tasted like washing up liquid. Looked like it was catapulted in the bag disgrace waste of money.

Nice staff but the food doesn't taste like kfc, the batter on the chicken is not right.
