As can be seen from the photos added, we paid for our order at 1.50pm and the food was ready at 2.26pm. Atrocious! Many people were complaining, but what can 3 kind and polite employees do? One was at the cashier, but also running to prepare and serve the second lady prepared order and a man in the background was cooking and filling. If it were not for the food and smiley employees, I would have given you zero stars for service.
Typical KFC as far as food goes. Issue here is that it's super busy, so one needs to wait for too long, and even worse there is not enough seating, because of people staying in the tables without eating. In fact the vast majority of the people occupying the tables are not eating, ridiculous!Food: 4/5
30 min standing to get an order, never got it, had to leave, queue was endless. The "manager" was kind tbf but makes little difference. Having 4 employees to serve the mall's crowd, big brain time.
First time I ordered through Wolt is was noon and everything was great hot and tasty. Second time I ordered at 10:30pm chicken was dry, cold and the burger was empty inside. Just 2 dry buns put together. Ridiculous.
Food was great, and the staff l really helpful and kind but this must be the slowest service I've ever received. It was tiring and annoying. If I hadn't paid I would have gotten up and left. 10 minutes in line to order, 20+ minutes to get my order, which was only 2 items. Not blaming the staff since this is obviously the management's fault as the store is way understaffed. Not worth the wait or your time. Try to avoid it.

Does not qualify as "fast" food if you have to wait 20 minutes for bare chicken strips.
Classic Kentucky fried chicken. I had the tortilla wrap and a bucket of chicken. Portions are huge but that comes with a price. KFC is one of the most expensive fast good chains but taste rewards you. For once or twice a month it is nothing. Their unique taste is something you never forget.
Food was ok but arrived cold due to very delayed delivery.
Most likely the best of all KFC shops in Athens. Very professional, fast and effective service, clean and the chicken is properly done. I'll give 4 stars instead of one because you over price the tiny portions if the corn 2 bites?? and the mashed potatoes.
