Just had a delivery and it's missing 3 fillets. Both portions of fries. Both burgers were stone cold. Out of the 5 orders we have done since living in the area, all 5 have had issues. Even get issues when we drive there. Iv had undercooked chicken in the past that iv shrugged off as a one time thing. The place just doesn't seem to get any better with time. Won't be using it again. At least the 3rd party delivery driver was nice and on time.
Me and my partner ordered food through the driveway. Got home to realise they had forgotten 2 lots of gravy. So my partner went back and said there was no gravy and now the food is cold. So they apparently gave us new order. Partner got home... and no popcorn chicken! So twice they had forgotten items.. disaster and off putting! The food didn't taste that nice either, was cold so I'm assuming they did not give us new food just gave us back the cold food!
Customer service at the drive through was fantastic, unfortunately discovering my food was inedible when I got home was not! My fillet burger which I parked and waited for 10 minutes for, had a strange smell upon opening. I noticed it had black seeds or coffee beans I hope on the bottom bun, which weren't supposed to be there, making the burger inedible, and it smelled awful. Also not to mention half the Lettuce inside the burger was rotten. I have photos but it wouldn't let me attach them I tried calling to notify them but there was no answer, so I re-dialled and couldn't get through after that, they must have taken the phone off the hook... As I said the customer service when I was there was great, and they couldn't apologise enough for the park & wait, but I'd recommend checking your food thoroughly when purchasing there in future

Didn't have the ingredients for a kids meal but still charged full price. Didn't have rice boxes available. Still, the chicken tasted nice.Food: 3/5
I know kfc in general has gone down hill the last few years, but I really had the urge for chicken , initially put off by the litter outside the ‘restaurant’ and the very dirty windows & entry door glass standard for all kfc’s I’ve visited I was served quickly in fairness to the staff, I picked up my mighty bucket for one, which is now served in a greasy bag ! Regular gravy & garlic buttermilk Mayo, I asked for Mayo sachets, I was questioned as to wether I needed the Mayo as I had already ordered the garlic Mayo, which I thought was rude The food was at best luke warm Two of the pieces that were in the bag were sodden with oil & not edible, I peeled the oily skin off and left it on the tray, KFC really need to clean up their act!!

I ordered a toasted twister without red cabbage and asked for just lettuce and tomatoes instead with Kentucky mayo. Server was rude telling me that tomatoes don't come with it even though I have been to other locations and this has never been a problem, I also ordered 2 hot wings. My twister was not toasted neither did it look like a wrap. The mayo was plain and the chicken wasn't stripped like usual half of it was missing also. She rudly told me that i had not been charged for the hot wings when I asked her for them as they aren't in the bag, and refused to give me my receipt.
Empty when I went in then large groups of teens turned up around 25 as they were telling others where they are. About one in five bought a drink or some strips. Very loud throwing cups and rubbish and making a mess all over tables seats and floor. Not somewhere to take a young family for a meal. Staff said they are not allowed to ask them to leave. KFC now means kids fun club....
