Food was quick and delicious compared to visits in other chains. Food was not greasy and arrived hot. Cleanliness standards were average. Ordered via Self service which provided receipt. 50/50 success rate when using self service in general.Food: 4/5
They are quick at serving when it comes to drive through but so slow when you want to sitting in. And no one ever cleans anything, always have to clean own table before sitting down to eat. Would be good if they had better choice of drinks tooFood: 4/5
The team works very hard. They really cares about their customers. The food here is always delicious and fresh. Cashiers is always polite here. Definitely will be back soon.
Love KFC, but this particular one is run ridiculously badly. Unfortunately I've barely ever probably never seen it clean. I'm here now 2.20pm 22nd March 2023 and there's two "caution wet floor" signs out. Those floors clearly haven't been wet for a while! There's wrappers, napkins, food etc lying all over the place. There's plenty staff here and I'm the only one sitting downstairs. Tables are dirty windows filthy and I'm not even thinking of using the toilet! Sort this disgusting place out whoever owns it.
I ordered a 4 piece meal at lunchtime today to be delivered to my office and for the 2nd time it was delivered with 4 drumsticks in, the worst, cheapest and least flavoursome part of the chicken.Everybody knows the 4 piece meal consist of 4 different pieces of chicken. I paid £13 for this meal the chips were also cold and the Pepsi can was warm. For the second time they told me they had told the driver to inform they had no other pieces of chicken available LOL at 1pm LUNCHTIME!. The driver never told me anything both times if I knew I would have handed the meals back to him. I Called the restaurant and they did not apologise and said you have to get the refund from Just Eat. They don't care about anything and they need to be caring about their customers more. Absolutely disgraceful service and manors. All customers be cautious about getting a delivery.

KFC used to be a tasty treat, last visit was awful so i complained. Using a coupon from a disappointing visit before this, only to say chips are cold, chicken is tiny, maybe have to make the baps smaller so the chicken looks decent, but won't bother going to KFC ever again. Disappointing Experience.Food: 2/5
My first time ever having a KFC, the burger I had was tasty and fresh, the sweetcorn was juicy and had a handy stick to hold itand the drink was orange and fizzy. Unfortunately the lid on the drink was incorrect and did not fit well which could have been a disaster in the car.Very fast efficient service via the drive through lots of free parking spaces.
Popped in this evening for some food , staff where fantastic and service was very quick will be returning
Very bad service missing items from my delivery . They cannot do anything and also delivery company cannot do anything . When spoken to resolve the issue they are very un helpful . It's waste of my time ordering from this KFC branch .
