Extremely long wait, even though it wasn't busy. Ordering via the terminal in the entrance was uncomplicated and quick. The beans, rice box and chicken pop corn was good. The Zinger Burger isn't worth the name. A bun with chicken and one lettuce leaf. All drinks were warm and without ice cubes Cobwebs hang from the lamps. Water drips from the ceiling. The toilets are closed.
Been to this KFC a few times now and must say it's always the same mess. Almost every table covered with food and rubbish, waiting time 15 minutes and the regular portion of fries is like a kids portion.They are clearly understaffed and it's affecting the service. Honestly going to a chicken shop next time, same quality, half price and short wait.
What a disappointment is this KFC. I don't know if all KFC are like this, but this was my first and last visit to this KFC. The problems: - The restaurant is dirty. - machine is often out of paper - long waiting time of more then 10 minutes - The order was not complete and items were mixed. Items were missing and were replaced without letting me know, what I want. They just assume it was ok if they exchange it. - The chicken tasted old. Like if you fried it in old oil. It was tasteless - the fries were hanging and had no cruch. When we received it, it looked like someone ate from the plate. It looked empty see picture We paid a much higher price then if we get the chicken from a different store which are around this KFC. But I really feel robbed. Do something about thebquality and your staff. Hope it will be better
I ordered a zinger burger the chicken was good but the salad was old you can see. The wings as always was good would definitely recommend like always and chips are great as well fresh.
Absolutely burnt food. When I went to the counter to complain then the girl at the counter started shouting and brought the goons from inside to harrass me. Shame on kfc for recruiting such illiterate staff.
To busy talking and having fun behind the counter and sorting Uber eats drivers there order before even sorting out the people who has paid cash and standing there waiting for their order for more then 15 minutes and I wasn't the only person. It's supposed to be fast food. And please check your order before you leave the counter I paid for a large meal and got a regular and the drink was wrong didn't put the dips in that I paid for EXTRA and the chicken wasn't finger licking good put it that way. KFC up your game. Very disappointed customer
The last 3 times I’ve been to this kfc the chicken and chips has tasted off! Like the oil hasn’t been changed in months! The cookies are always extremely hard. In the past I loved going here that’s why I gave it three chances. Unfortunately I’ve had to throw away the food all three occasions
Would like to take this time out to show my appreciation for a kind gentleman Mr. Nihaal who works here. Prompt customer service and goes out on a limb to serve you. Just goes on to show how even a small gesture of his goodwill can go such a long way for a customer. Please feel free to show this to your manager I hope and wish you all the best.
Extremely disappointed. Last night went to have some fillet burgers. The burgers were too cold and soggy. No taste probably it was old one they served me. The whole family was very upset with the taste. Being a regular KFC customer this was not expected at all! Parking: No parking near due to traffic restrictions.
Absolutely awful service. They took 40 minutes to serve us and this is supposed to be fast food! Was told they were frying a fresh batch. I know I could have gone to nando's across the road and be eating my dinner in this time. Got home to find my got wings had been refried cos they had a white coating on the breadcrumb
