Second visit in a week, diabolical. Manager does their best, but no support. 8pm on a Saturday, and no chicken cooked ready, 30 minutes wait....fast food??? hmmm....never again, quicker to cook my own chicken!
Had half and hour wait on our food which was cold. Staff did not seem bothered and cared about the service they provided. We had also paid extra to get more hot wings which we had to wait 45mins for and never received. Terrible service!!!! Staff horrendous!!!! Sadly wont be visiting again
Very very poor worst KFC I've ever been to. Assistant couldn't understand my order and then when I finally received my order the food was stone cold on arrival back at our caravan 5 minutes away. Won't be returning any time soon and certainly wouldn't recommend.
I've never ever had such a nice spicy wings as there in Caernarfon KFC. Im not sure was the oil fresh or the chicken not frozen but those spicy wings that we ordered 08/11/19 at about 13:00 were the best we tried so far. Big thanks to all staff.
Shocking customer service! They had no gravy!! Which is the only reason most people go! She didn't looked bothered and didn't answer us when we asked for over options. On top of that got the order wrong! Shocking!!!! 0
Absolutely shocking place, only drinks available orange juice or water, place was filthy including counter and bits of kitchen we could see. Food was left on try whilst waiting for other bits to cook so everything was a bit cold and disappointing. Will never try this KFC again. Management need to overhaul place as its dreadful.
Nothing wrong with the kfc but outside is full of immature naughty kids.
Wrong order... No napkins..no pepsi...like warm.. terrible
Good outlet in Llandudno Junction, freshly cooked.
