Ordered online thinking it would be quicker. But when I clicked arrived on the email KFC send I still had to wait 40 mins for my order. To top it all the chips were like cardboard. Which were cold. Chicken was great though.
Most of customers buying not wearing face masks.Why????? Chips soggy, chicken had seen better days,not days but was definitely not freshly cooked. Pity for the brand's reputation
Slow, wrong order, eventually got mine wrong drink, no plates no cups. Never again
If you would have asked me to rate this a year ago it would have got one star but after our last visit everything was perfect. Maybe all the poor reviews worked. We'll done for making the improvements
Be aware that seating inside is at a premium now as social distancing has taken half the seating away. Other than that the service and food was good as always. Limited menu on the touch screen ordering system, but able to order what we wanted at the counter as normal
Very hit & miss. Always feels like chaos. Queues always out the door. Definitely need a drive thru in the area..
We use this store every week, never again. Been standing in a que of about 20 people for about an hour while there were 4 inside waiting to be served. The staff only done Just Eat deliveries, not 1 member of staff came out to apologize for the wait and when people were complaining they were very rude. We ended up leaving. Disgusting.
