Worst KFC I’ve visited, food was ordered via the self service, couple of burgers with chips and their save burger. Hygiene at this store is non existent, tables, floor and chairs are filthy. The counter by the tills is cluttered with bits and bobs, the staff however pleasant are not being managed/supervised, young lad packaging the food is man handling the chips in a manner that would require the use of gloves. If I was a health inspector, I believe this KFC would be a highlight of my career. The burger was over seasoned and cold. The “ seasoned fries “ were cold and uncooked. £30 for a meal that was in all honesty not fit for human consumption. Shame on you all working in the store.

The establishment itself was immaculately clean and tidy, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. This not only enhances the dining experience but also speaks volumes about the dedication of the staff, including Angel, to providing a top-notch service. Angel's politeness and considerate nature were evident throughout my visit. She took the time to ensure that my order was accurate and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I believe Angel's exceptional customer service skills and dedication to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant make her a valuable asset to KFC Sutton in Ashfield. Her exemplary performance certainly deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded. Overall, my experience at KFC Sutton in Ashfield was fantastic, largely thanks to Angel and her outstanding service. I look forward to returning soon and enjoying another wonderful dining experience. Keep up the great work!
Went to KFC Sutton in Ashfield ordered a Bargain Bucket came home with it & found hairs on the chicken underneath the crispy coating so made a complaint via email sent pics that they asked for & nothing from them since rude & I'm £17:99 out of pocket & had to order a Mcdonalds for the family will never purchase from here againFood: 1/5
10/10 nearly hired somebody to wash my car. Chatted with a lady about the watery gravy and reheating last nights Indian food in the car park. But seriously, the gravy is not good, far too watery. Everything else was KFC-like. The car park is a bit cramped, but it was clean.
Myles on drive thru deserves the world. Sounds super daft but he’s the only person to ask us what dips we want rather than giving us a bunch we will never use, even provided salt. Thank you Myles, we love you.Food: 5/5
Everyone knows the food of KFC. My new favourite is the wraps. Tasty and spicy. The food in this takeaway used to be very greasy but it has improved enormously and it seems to have had a big change of staff that are more welcoming and helpful Parking: You are limited to 45 minutes parking after which time you will get a ticket through the post. The car park is open to anyone, not just customers, so can get a bit congested. Kid-friendliness: There is a section for children Wheelchair accessibility: There is a couple of disabled parking places close to the door and the door will open wide enough for a wheelchair.
Nice and clean restaurant. Went there by Sunday evening. Not much crowd or delay in providing us the order. Overall a good experience but 4stars for the overpriced foods as like any other KFC.
Good place to eat near bus station. Easy access. Good customer service. Nice and clean.
KFC not accepting cash. Is no rule nor information in regard to it anywhere but Sutton in Ashfield NOT ACCEPTING CASH.Food: 1/5
Ordered a bargain bucket but food came stuffed inside a paper bag really poor. Come on guys its the least you could do to present the food as it should be.
