TBH the food was OK, ordered strips and a box meal. Could have done with better seasoning on the chips instead of just black pepperand they were dry . The food took a long time which it should have taken around 20min. We, 2ppl waited 55min with three people looking out the kitchen window and did start cooking our food 30min after our order. We asked multiple times how long would out food be after this time and it was 10min after each ask. We did not get any composition for the wait. And the chefs attitude was bad after they forgot to put the sauces in the bad. Very poor and inexperienced place. I'm also a chef: food was OK but please expect a bad service.

Arrived here at 3pm and the carpark was relatively empty. I went to the empty counter and waited a few minutes while the staff ignored me. Another customer arrived and the staff asked to take her order, completely ignoring me. Once he'd dealt with her order he asked me for mine and I joked that I wasn't actually invisible. He tried to blame the other customer for getting her order first, then apologised. I didn't think too much of it as I wasn't really in a rush but when I sat down with my meal, I found half of my chicken was really dry, like it had been cooked quite a while ago. I do enjoy kfc regularly and I have to say this is probably my worst experience. I won't be visiting again. Apart from that, the premises did seem quite clean and the car park is relatively big with plenty of spaces.
We had one 3 piece boneless fillet meal and one 3 piece original meal and it cost £20.36...what! Couldn't believe the price certainly won't be visiting KFC again I'll be going Macdonald's!Food: 3/5
After I explained I didn't want to pay £18 for a bargain bucket consisting of just legs and wings and I was given a fair share of peices of breast and everything was piping hot too ! Was very nice thanksFood: 5/5
Food was awful, ordered 2 x sweet chilli wrap meal, no slaw with it, wrong sauce was supercharger, fries soggy cold and old looking, no flavour, usually go to Ashby de la zouch, won’t be going to Coalville again.it’s convenient fir us but always poor food and dirty environment. Shocking.Food: 1/5
It's a KFC. The chips were woeful but the chicken was fresh and tasty. Not the speediest of drive thru experiences even though it wasn't that busy.Food: 4/5
Pretty average for what the chain of KFC restaurants offer, although it was nice to have food that was pretty hot, it got pretty cold very quickly due to how high the air conditioning was. Chips were half decent but would have been nice to enjoy them at a better temperature. Restaurant was relatively clean and would still return again to this branch, staff at counter was friendly.
