Worst service ever. Just 30 mins ago I bought Bargain Bucket. Within 2mins they handed over my order.The lady at the counter put all fries upside down, it seemed like they don’t want to be served customers. Horrible service , just waisted the money. Chicken pieces were burnt and inside under cooked. £13.99 for undercooked chicken pieces.. never go back to that place. I think they must get proper customer service training otherwise it’s better to shut down the store. Worst kfc chicken I ever had…
After many orders from here coming either greasy or undercooked over the years, today was spot on. Order 12 mini fillets, large popcorn chicken, chips & rice/gravy. Ordered it for delivery and was here within less than half hour. The chicken was seasoned well, cooked thoroughly, the sauces which I hadn’t even ordered were plentiful, the gravy of a decent consistency and overall the order was up to standard. Maybe there’s been a management change ? but whatever’ changed is for the better. Would recommend.
Get your chicken fried and crispy. Bargain buckets are such a great deal. Good store, good service. The kids love it as a treat. Parking: Easy to park outside or in the free carpark 50m away.
Friday night. Ordered a 3 piece variety meal with Gravy. Don’t believe the adverts. Received 3 overcooked and dry drumsticks, no gravy and cold chips! Not for the first time this joke of a concession does not deliver, literally. 5 times now so never again. Just made some toast! Ubereats should take these clowns off of their web site! In fact everyone. Don’t bother!
i got the three peice spicy chicken which was well cooked and crispy. Their chips are extremley flavourful and are very fresh. I will go here again. However i also got the share bucket and some chicken was dry but still cooked and not raw. Parking: there are a lot of spaces nearby, 1 parking lot near M&S, 1 parking lot near the qaudrant, and many spaces along the road which are all free.

Rubbish everyehere. Not enough staffs. There is seriously hygiene problem there. Shame i did not take a picture of the bin. Just do not expect to be clean restaurant
We ordered to gravy and chicken box with a mix of bones chicken, boneless chicken which comes with popcorn and wings. Chicken burgers were ordered too and when we questioned that the bag looked small and was everything in there they read it all back and confirmed yes!!! When we got home what a shine chicken wings or popcorn!!!! Never trust them even if they confirm it’s all there!!
This place is a joke. Constantly messing up the orders. Haven't ordered in a while just because they got it wrong every single time but tried our luck this evening but the Kids meals arrived with no pineapple sticks or fries, just some popcorn chicken in a box. Total clowns
