Food is upto KFC standard but service for walk in is shocking. I've experienced this more than once. They put more effort into drive in and delivery pick ups. Leave walk in customer's waiting for long periods. Customer in front of me waited over 25 mins I waited 12 minutes. Extremely disorganised. 7 November 2023 service definite improvement 14/03/2024 My usual order is a mega box and a coffee. Coffee machine has now been broken for 6 weeks. My piece of chicken was smaller than my chicken wing see pics. What a disgrace. On the positive side the service for once was excellent.
Best experience with KFC in a very long time. The food came out ready in less than 5 minutes and it was piping hot, delicious, and filling. The order came with plenty of ketchup and mayo on the side. It was a very pleasant outing with the family. The only complaint I have is that there aren’t enough customers!Food: 5/5
Such a disgrace. This is the third time it happened. We ordered variety bucket and pieces were missing. cant be bothered to drive back all the way just to ask for missing piece but when it happened for third time, decided to put a review to make other customers aware about it. Pathetic customer service. Will never order from here again. One is chorlton is mile better.
On both occasions, April 30 and May 7, I purchased a takeaway 20-piece hot wings bucket. Upon reaching home, I discovered that my orders were incomplete. On April 30, the bucket contained only 18 hot wings instead of the expected 20 hot wings. I encountered the same issue of an incomplete order during my visit on May 7. This time, the bucket contained merely 15 hot wings. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but consistent discrepancies in fulfilling orders are unacceptable.
26th May 2024 21:00 Young staff behind the counter were messing around, shouting at each other and throwing food at each other - very unprofessional, wasting food and time ! Staff member serving looked so confused when I asked her for a cup holder for 2 loose drinks when I already had a large food bag in one hand. On a plus side for us our order was wrong, but it has extra food in it so not bad for us. Think your staff need check for professionalism.
Feel obliged and compulsion to share this as the service I received from Sam was incredibly extraordinary. She greeted very warmly with smile ,had suggested extras and worked liked robot to make sure I receive it fresh and fast . I was very thrilled and happy to see this as now a days service is almost ignored . Sam truely is an asset to KFC and people like her make customers day beautiful . Thanks Sam please carry on with your great service .
Came to KFC last minute as out shopping . First time in ages really lovely friendly staff also food was hot fresh and quick . Lovely staff member who helped my grandson order an icecream on machine then he paid at counter .couldnt fault the service thank you .Food: 5/5
Don't blame the staff. They are always overrun due to management thinking you can run a shop with 3 people. Also minimum wage and hire anyone. Worked here for 5 years, I know the corners they cut, it's all management trying to save money while increasing the prices
Covering Manager Inaq on tonight’s shift has provided excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue off the back of a just eat delivery driver who failed to deliver our food. Understandably we were frustrated but Inaq dealt with our complaint in a very calm and professional manner. The issue is still ongoing however we are very impressed with how Inaq has tried his best to make us comfortable and happy for the night until we hear back from Just Eat. Thanks!! There should be many more people like you in the world!!
This KFC needs big improvements. KFC as a franchise is fine. There are good KFCs all over the UK which have clean restaurants and speedy service. However this really lacks that. First of all, when I ordered it took maybe 10 minutes to cue up and order, now maybe that could be avoided by having the other two tills open. Once I ordered it took 25 minutes to receive my zinger rice box. There was a massive group of people waiting and the drive thru was heaving. It seemed to be a staffing problem. If not that the staff need to be trained thoroughly again. On top of that the restaurant was very dirty. They need some if not more cleaners as I didn't see any around. The zinger rice box was cold and poorly presented. Although it's a fast food restaurant that doesn't mean you should slack on presentation.
