I recently visited the KFC restaurant and was highly impressed with the food and service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient.  I ordered some meals and was blown away by the flavour. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the was perfectly seasoned. The portion size was generous and enough to satisfy my hunger.  Overall, I had a fantastic experience at KFC and would highly recommend it to others. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Thank you for a great dining experience!

I don't know which date of month kfc changed cooking oil  so I can go on that date to get some nice food Most of time colour of chicken dark brown not very  fresh and cold  cold Dining area dirty too

My son bought family feast  KFC today as we loved it so much, so he went to buy it in Halifax store, but unfortunately some of it were so bad, the taste and smell , ,can't eat it, taste like been 3 days old chicken. Can't call the store as they didn't give the receipt out and we live far from the store. After few hours of eating some of it, my husband felt bad as he experienced diarrhoea. and tummy ache.

Quick and efficient.  Used the drive through service for the first time today. And it was a simple and straightforward experience.  The food is really nice and portion sizes are good. I wish they’d give sauce sachets, but aside from that everything was really good.  Recommended.

Good place. Convenient, with good parking, nice interior and standard service.  Service of all fast food places has gone downhill since delivery options have upped. So many of them are waiting for orders. They just seem moody all the time and take up space in restaurants.  Plus, service staff normally talk to them more as they are used to them. Not just KFC but generalisation of all places.  The problem I have with KFC is the prices. The expensiveness at KFC is now ridiculous, I buy the snack boxes, trying to save money and they are good value. Meals are not. Plus 40p for side of sweet chilli sauce is excessive when it probably costs them less than 10 to buy. Chicken has gone up in prices I get that but the amount you save from buying in bulk etc. And saver menu is better prices but also marked by smaller smaller portions!  Been to this one a few times at lunchtime, twice been empty, twice with about 6 or 7 different groups in

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! What a sham of a business. Ordered food at 8pm after a very hard day. Told food would be with me in 20 mins. 1.5 hours later i ask for a refund from just eat as a no show. An hour later which was 30 mins after the place has shut a guy shows up at my house with the order. Luckily i was in bed sound asleep on my empty belly. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

What you see is what you get food wise... no faults n satisfying! Negatives on this visit. No milk for coffee's, no pepper sachets , shortage of sauce range,  tables cleared but floor and tables not wiped.. very gruby. Bin overflowing...

Every deliver order is always wrong, staff cannot read the orders, useless! I’m not ordering again, tried calling to complain as it’s way over priced too and want a refund but as usual no answer!!!

No issue with the delivery whatsoever, they were quick to deliver my order. But I can't believe they thought it was okay to send out two pieces of the chicken with MASSIVE charcoal stripes on it? Refund requested as food was unacceptable.

Theyre Never taking orders on the app. I refuse to pay full price when the rest of the country gets all the bonuses of using the app. So every time I get there and can't use the app. I go to burger King instead, or mcdonald's. I always regret kfc anyway.
