Not a problem with the staff or the chicken it's just the chips I didn't think it was possible to cook chips so bad over the years I've been there loads of times and every time the chips are disgusting.. go to Burger King next door and the chips are amazing.... I think KFC need to poach the chip man from Burger KingService: 4/5
Order wrong. Only discovered this after getting home. Put through at the till incorrectly. Customer seems to get the blame and a distinct lack of an apology.Food: 2/5
Very quick service and friendly helpful staff. The 2 stars in nothing to do with Mill Farm it's kfc as a business. The chips are absolutely terrible and what on earth is that powdery coating!! The chicken needs to be more fresh and not kept in the warmer for as long, rubbery and greasy. Also, they have seriously cut back on salad and mayonnaise. KFC get your act together!!! Burger King next door by a long way is far far better.
It was worst delivery I have ever had. All the chicken fell out the bottom of the box because it was that greasy. It was that bad I didn’t even want to give it to the dog. Contacted Uber eats and not even had a reply from them disgustedFood: 1/5
Big shout out and thank you to KFC Wesham. I picked up a drive thru order to eat in the carpark - my toddler was asleep in the car and I felt I might reward myself with a nice hot meal without interruptions for once. Meal was lovely. But after eating, my car wouldn't start. Abd the toddler woke up. Despite being very busy, counter staff were very helpful, I was slightly teary by this point and they were very nice about it and they have also hopefully sorted out my parking as I was over the 90 minute allotment by the time I got rescued. Thank you.
Food was Ok, but not alot of it. However the place was filthy. Had to clean own table and bins over flowing. Poor management all staff hanging about on break no doing anything. still no coffee after 2 years either. Joke of a place. To top it off, the door is impossible to operate and crushed a child's arm. Drinks had no lids that fit.
Pieces of chicken are getting smaller and smaller but price still going up so high. I have stopped visiting KFC because of very poor quality of food according to prices.Food: 1/5

Rating on drive-thru due to covid. Couldn't fault the food even though itnisb15 mins home. Just as a tip I do find it best to ask for something slightly different so it is cooked fresh and hottest. My go-to is three mini fillet burgers still cheaper than one fillet burger but asking for normal mayo rather than pepper mayo. Friendly staff, order was correct and everything contact free except accepting the bag - kinda necessary though :
the food was nice std KFC I used the drive thru, then had to wait 10-mins in the grill park and wait for my order. When I got home items were missing, I call the restaurant, but no answer so I sent an email to KFC UK, but still no response yet after 3-days. Update I received an £8.00 voucher off KFC with an assurance that they would let the area manager know about my visit to KFC Mill Farm Wesham. I did return to Mill Farm KFC to use my voucher and it was like a different restaurant, the service was quick, the staff were friendly and the food was very nice. With my last visit I will up my star rating of this KFC.
