I had a very bad experience before. Came here after almost 1 here. TBH they are changed. I have seen their services which is really improved. And, served food really quick. Also staffs are really well behaved. They have changed a lot.
Having popped in to break a long journey, we were kept waiting 10 mins by the server who was talking to another member of staff at the till before even ordering. We were then served all the food in one bucket despite ordering two meals to eat in. I asked for a card tray and was handed another bucket in an offhand manner. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the bins were all full to overflowing, tables had stuff all over them and the food at best was average, had obviously been sat in the warmer for a while.nAll in all not a good experience and we won’t be returning despite regularly passing this outlet.
Well for the first time in a long time a fast food restaurant, that is fast food.nWe ordered and within under 5 minutes the food was in our hands, hot and lovely.nnRestaurant very clean and toilets clean.nnStaff friendly and cleaning tables as well.nnWell done, nice to see a restaurant for the first time that is clean, and fast hot food.nnStaff where also drive though.
Located just off the A303 it’s part of a small cluster of services with a Travelodge and a pub.nDrive through was fine, pretty much as you’d expect. Food was ok.nThey are really down on staff right now but trying their hardest.
It’s really a great experience so far. My friend works there. He told me how they work in the store. Just loved their environment. Really love the staffs. They are literally well mannered.nnHappy to say something good about KFC Wincanton.
