I recently visited the KFC branch in Farnworth on 31st March and had a brilliant experience. I ordered a Cherry Boba Kids Meal along with a free reward. The food was fresh, tasty, and served promptly, which really made the visit enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Overall, I would rate this visit a solid 5 out of 5 stars. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to this branch again.

My friends enjoyed their food so much, it was piping hot and delicious. Service was incredibly fast like two minutes and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful with music playing softly in the background. Plenty of seating.
Not fast food apparently, I spent 10 minutes in the drive through. Staff were no where to be seen.nOrder is wrong quite frequently too. Gave me no BBQ sauce tubs and no corn on the cob. Must be 1 in 10 they get right.
Second visit.nApp doesn't work.nVisit 1: Zinger burger average and expensive at £5.99.nVisit 2: Tried gravy and mash for first time, not as good as I expected. Vegan burger okay. Fries were nice. Too expensive in general with reg fries, reg gravy, reg mash and vegan burger, came to over £12.nStaff unfriendly - don't you train staff to say things like thank you, enjoy your meal, etc?nOr am I being unreasonable?nThird visit.nCheese extra not added to twister wrap.nNo receipt given by self serve checkout.nToo expensive.nStill unfriendly staff.nWon't visit again.nUS boycott!nA disgusting and overpriced junk shop.
