I visit today its my second service day in east london whereas horrible outlet for KFC brand. Whereas only 3-4 employees per shift is working whereas too hard to manage for their own even not managing the accurate service as KFC do…nnThis is my second visit in the same week whereas i was finding a morning where 3 employees with manager was struggling with the busy morning service whereas manager didn’t know how to reprint the order receipt as i wasted my 45 mins for the same as a result no receipt has been provided..nnOn the second day, 3 crew members + 1 manager on floor were struggling to provide a great service whereas it was not busy.. the food is cold and when we asked the argument has been made..nnAs a business manager of McDonald’s i worked as a Team where my employees are my family that i need to take care of them whereas here i have seen nothing.. the customer is paying you their hard working money to get good branded KFC food whereas the higher management made it chicken shop as regular….nnRidiculous service, reducing the labour hours to make shortage of employees as well as save money in this drive thru big outlet… cheap management practices..
Bought chicken here for years. I hate that KFC ruined their chips. They used to have the best but not since they changed it about 6 years ago or so. Chips from any other KFC in the world is ok but in the UK, KFC chips is now rubbish.nnTheir other items on the menu are OK. Love the corn on the cub, salad, coleslaw, chicken of course.
Worst KFC branch ever.n- Leftover food on tables was common, and chairs were scattered out of place. The overall impression was of a messyn- slippery floorn-Slow Service: It took a long time to get my order, which added to the frustration of the already unpleasant environment
Horrible KFC branch, not clean and hygienic. Staffs are not professional, council should do an inspection.
Family oriented atmosphere, friendly staff and very hygienic restaurant.
