I had a reasonable meal at the KFC in Bromsgrove. The staff were quite helpful when I tried to claim an offer on the app for the first time. I went for a boneless banquet. The chicken was nice. Out of the sauces, the spicy mayo was the best. I thought the meal was quite stodgy as there were quite a few chips, probably too many in proportion to the chicken. I had a salad with the side to try and make it lighter but the salad was caked in dressing. It was all ok I suppose.
Lowest fast food service yesterday visit asked to park and wait for the food not a problem BUT waiting 30 minutes is not acceptable.nnPreference was given to takeaways I've witnessed how busy they are.nnAfter 30 minutes I've decided to go inside,they asked me about what I have ordered as they deleted the order to respect the timing imposed by the company...nnAsked to speak with manager and he just seems not interested with : I don't care attitude.nnNo apologies...nnStandards are really not followed up, senior managers or owners of the franchise setting with the laptops in the occupied table not bothered about anything except the numbers I guess.nnIf you are facing delays in the service you are un the obligation to inform your customers before taking the paiment and keep them hostage of the situation...nnStaff can be divided into two categories really professional and not nothing in between to folow the minimum standards requirements.nnNot coming back.
Went to counter 3 times today. Served by 3 different staff and one manager assisted. Exceptional customer service from each of them. Definitely recommend. We were served by Mac, Lilly & Lucy and the manager was Louise. The food was fresh and hot every time.
I ordered twice now on just eat for KFC and the 1st time I didn’t receive my order at all but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the second time I ordered meals for my family as we had all been at work, and didn’t finish until 10 but ordered in advance not only did I not get half of my food or even 1 full meal, I didn’t even get the stuff I had ordered!!! I ordered a boneless banquet and got chips and gravy, I ordered two fillet burgers and got a zinger burger, with some scrap chicken that was stone cold, basically you couldn’t be bothered to cook my food and gave us what you had resting on the side. Seriously need to up your game!!!
I've visited the KFC in Bromsgrove a few times now, and my experiences have been fairly average. The food quality is what you'd expect from KFC - reliably good, satisfying those fast-food cravings. However, there's an aspect of their service that's been a bit of a letdown for me, particularly with the drive-through.nnOn several occasions, I've found that items were missing from my order. It seems that there's a tendency for the staff to overlook parts of the order, which can be quite frustrating, especially if you're taking the food home to realize later. While the oversight might be understandable during peak hours due to the rush, it's an area that definitely needs improvement.nnDespite this, the staff have always been friendly and willing to correct any issues once pointed out, which is a plus. If you're using the drive-through, I'd recommend checking your order before leaving. Hopefully, with a bit of feedback and attention to detail, these issues can be minimized in the future.
