I had an excellent experience at KFC Hall Green in Birmingham. The management was incredibly well-disciplined, ensuring the outlet was running smoothly and efficiently. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who provided outstanding service. He was prompt, polite, and cooperative, making sure my order was perfect and served on time. It's refreshing to see such professionalism and dedication. Definitely one of the best KFC branches I've visited!

I happened to pop into this store unexpectedly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive service. I was served by a lady named Reyana, and its been a while I've experienced courtesy and impressive service with a smile! I did notice the other staff being the same in the background. Hence, I feel there is some good work done. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this shop again and recommend it to my mates !

KFC Hall Green never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy and delicious, and the staff are super friendly and efficient, even during busy times. Orders come out quickly, and the restaurant is clean and well-kept. Perfect spot for a tasty, quick meal!

This in not the first time this has happened. Cheating on an order. This time I ordered a boneless bucket. If they did no have enough then they should have told me. I would have waited. To cover what they were giving the bucket only 4 strips were placed at the top. Underneath 5 cold chicken thighs.

I have avoided this branch for years, due to a bad experience in the past with cold food, I thought I'd give them a chance but when I turned up at 6.30pm  there was nobody inside and nobody in the drive thru, which I thought was suspicious as it is prime time for a take away. Once again it was terrible, lukenwarm food and a boneless banquet that was missing many items. I've just decided to cut my losses and boycott this branch forever due to the poor running and lazy incompetent staff who can't seem to cook chicken and chips. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
