Service was shit, sever with very bad English did not understand my order, gave me the wrong food and when i complained and i asked for the 3 chicken tenders i was missing she only gave me 1 that she charged £4.99, at the window she didn't give a recipt either, practically threw the drinks at me in the drive through, and talked down to me. Its also extremely hard to read the menu as its behind the order board. When i went to order she was rushing me even though there was no other cars in the drive through, no que or anything, this worker was really impatient and impolite. This incident happened today and I'm very disappointed with the service. I think it would be better if the oder takers can talk proper English and understand English, it was really pathetic service i just wanted my meal, there was no need for all that hassle.
Never again! Ordered a party bucket for take away once at home opened the bag and started unpacking it. Lifted the bone chicken and the bucket collapsed due to the amount of grease and oil pouring out all over my kitchen counter and floor. Half of the bucket content ended up on the ground. While waiting for the order the attitude of the staff was a disappointment. Been here several times and got order wrong with some items missing out of it but this one just takes the biscuit. Unless u eating in and checking your order there I wouldn’t be returning. No thanks. At least the cats had a feast

Standard KFC. Food was prepared quickly. Tried to use table service, but this was ignored and we were called for collection. One of the members of staff was very helpful though, getting the stuff that was not originally supplied missing drink and milk for tea. The car park is free. There is a drive thru, and toilets on site. There was a group of youths congregated outside that kept coming in to use the toilets ahead of the customers.
Went for a fun Father’s Day meal with the family. As a kfc lover you’re expecting decent quality chicken and for the food to be hot. Unfortunately all of our meals came out practically ice cold. I wasn’t that surprised as they came out 30 seconds after ordering so clearly the food had been sitting out for a while.nnWhen ordering our meal I took great care in making sure everything was correct. When the meals came there was a portion of chips missing. When I went up to ask for the chips I was quickly challenged by the staff. In fact, I’ve never been spoken to this badly before. Even over heard a staff member saying “f£&@ sake just give him it”nnNeedless to say we were very disappointed by this visit and will more than likely not be back anytime soon.
