Never again! Ordered a party bucket for take away once at home opened the bag and started unpacking it. Lifted the bone chicken and the bucket collapsed due to the amount of grease and oil pouring out all over my kitchen counter and floor. Half of the bucket content ended up on the ground. While waiting for the order the attitude of the staff was a disappointment. Been here several times and got order wrong with some items missing out of it but this one just takes the biscuit. Unless u eating in and checking your order there I wouldn’t be returning. No thanks. At least the cats had a feast
This was an actual disgrace,first they forgot my gravy so had to go back and get it then i found a bone in my chicken balls!!!be careful when ordering from the armagh one!!
I ordered yesterday a party bucket, I was told to wait as the fryer is not working, which was absolutely fine, and the staff did apologise, but the quality of food is horrible.nThis is the second time , it was full of grease and over cooked.nnThe person who's responsible for quality check, should be fired.nnI work in the industry myself and I would rather make the customer wait an extra 10 minutes , then give out this kind of foodnWhat's the point?nThe fries were also full of oil, the temperature of the fryer wasn't hot enough, because it was soaking from oil also the chicken wasn't lifted out on time .nnAfter, reading all reviews, I'm not the only one and who's in charge should take responsibility because its not cheap to eat out now days but at least I expect a good quality for that price.nnI know it's hard when it's busy, and not the best place to work.nnAt least the staff were friendly
Hygiene is disgusting in this place , fork had fallen and she still gave it to me as if I was going to use it and Lady was very cheeky because I had asked for extra napkins and what is the point of a hair net if you’re going to have your “bangs” or side pieces hanging out of the hair net!! Not to mention she was literally took my phone for a good 5 minutes and wondered off like a headless chicken WITH my phone because I asked her to scan a code
I went into kfc with my boyfriend and his friend, his friend ordered some food and then a woman came over shouting abuse at him she said he is going to rob the place is this woman on something or what is going on she should be sacked! I will never be coming around here again this is honestly a horrible place with a horrible worker! No respect at all towards the customers and a terrible attitude and customer service. ignorant workers and the cheek is disgraceful
