After moving to the area I was keen to find a local dentist that had some good reviews. I approached this practice and was impressed with the setup and being local decided to register both myself and my family. After a visit it was clear I needed some work and was booked in to complete the works (numerous fillings). Unfortunately the day before my appointment I became quite ill with suspected food poisoning, as such the dentist completely slipped my mind. As soon as I realised my mistake the day after the appointment I called and explained what had happened, I apologised and offered to pay and tried to book a further appointment, but to my dismay I was told that I was no longer welcome at the practice. Is this standard practice ? I would hope not.....

I have been attending this practice since 2001 and Dr Solker took over a couple of years later. I have nothing but praise for the friendly, business like manner in which this practice is run. Procedures are explained to allay any fear a patient may have and, as someone who has had quite a lot of work done on his teeth, I have never experienced any discomfort either during or after a procedure. As someone who travels from Corsham (I used to work in Keynsham) I thoroughly recommend this practice.
