Have been here 3 times in the last 2 months and been surprised by the excellent service and products every time. Staff have actively approached us and advised on plants and even stopped us purchasing plants that weren’t suitable for our garden, and took us to the sale section recommending plants that would work! Absolutely outstanding service from all staff on every visit. Plants have thrived, pots we bought all 10 of them! Have made a massive impact to the garden, even bought some tableware from the home section on the most recent visit. Not near for us 20 miles round trip but will not go anywhere else now! Fantastic selection of everything for the home and garden. Thank you all at Keydell Nurseries.
Lovely garden centre with a wide variety of products and also plants. Very good value for money, some plants as cheap as £1.50!
We went to see their Christmas displays, but they seemed quite pared back to previous years and we deliberately went early this year - 3rd October - so expected to see their full stock. We made some nice and keenly priced purchases, but were a little disappointed with the range compared to previous years. EDIT: We saw no signs saying they were awaiting stock. Furthermore, I phoned up TWICE in advance of visiting the last time on 1st October, just two days before our visit to ask if they had all their Christmas stock on display and I was told they did - there was no mention on the phone of delays in supply and if there had been we'd have visited later in the month.
Booked for this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Not to busy and plenty of time to look at the lights and displays. We spent just over half an hour walking through with the grandson who loved it, then onto the cafe for some refreshments, good coffee and the baps are really nice. Pleasant friendly staff this made for a really good afternoon outing. 10/10
We visit Keydell annually to see Santa and the Santa Walk with my two young boys. It is a fabulous experience, their Santa is very authentic, even I am convinced! The diaramas are well set up and it is very magical for the 2 youngsters. It does get very busy, you do have to shuffle round the walk with lots of others, but this is as it is understandably very popular! Some years we have wanted to get a coffee after but the cafe is too busy. Not a complaint, just observation. If you can get a seat in the cafe the food and drinks are very nice.
Flowers were out of this world, so much choice and very reasonable too. Had a hot drink and lovely cake in the adjoining cafe. Definitely worth a visit.
Amazing garden center, everything you need will be there and have a nice cafe, definitely worth visiting.
Love keydells, always looks lovely, the coffee shop had lovely food and staff, the birds were beautiful and the flowers and plants were plentiful and well stocked and great.
Always a lovely experience at Keydale , lots of things to buy for all needs and more than just gardening essentials. we always stop off at the cafe too, which gets better each visit. Great place to visit during the year and even more exciting for the kids for the amazing Xmas season event
Amazing woodland walk experience. Was blown away how beautiful it was! My 10 month old loved all the lights! Definitely would recommend coming here. Will be returning next month, for one last look.
