Sarah has been a phenomenal Reiki teacher to me over the years and has inspired me to develop into a fully fledged practitioner and teacher myself. I am deeply grateful for our time together and for the mutual respect, love and  understanding I have felt with our interactions on all levels.

I have been a qualified yoga teacher now for a year thanks to Sarah.  I regularly attended Sarah's classes every week.  She is an amazing teacher with lots of experience and I always feel like a new woman after doing one of her classes.  I would recommend her classes to anybody who loves to practice yoga.  In particular Yoga Nidra at the end of her class is just amazing.  Leaves you feeling totally relaxed and ready for anything that life throws at you!

Sarah offers friendly and inclusive yoga practice, an essential part of my week!
