Park is fairly decent for children although some vandalism was evident on benches with graffiti. Would be nice if the council would replace the old trampoline area with something usable as it looks a mess now. A trampoline is not a long term play park option especially when there are people out there that enjoy destroying things this one being an easy target but even heavy use gives such an item a short shelf life. Good facilities outside the park for football etc on the field .
Lovely place to walk the dog, either in the woods or field. Football matches on some weekends, so bit busier then. Park for children to play on as well. Free parking.
Great place for a walk, or to take the dog. Always kept clean and enjoyable to walk around. I can’t really comment on the facilities as I’ve never had to use them.
Facilities are lacking in the play area, not well looked after. Stuff is broken and not made safe or replaced. The coffee and hot chocolate in the centre is out of an instant machine and are awful. Hope Coffee was only reason we visited so now won't be going back now they have been told to go away.
Great facilities for footballers of every age.
Good selection of playground equipment for the kids including a trampoline. My son especially enjoyed the wide slide and climbing up the hill on the logs. Also climbing frame and bigger pipe slide for older or little children with no fear! The park has a large open space for walking or dogs and the community centre is located at the entrance which was closed when we went. Plenty of free parking including disabled spaces. Overall fab park for a quick visit for the playground, a longer visit to fly a kite or a nice picnic in the summer.
Large park equipped with new all weather football pitches. Pity the council couldn't extend this to a cafe and water drinking facility. The park caters for all ages of huge grounds with woodland to the left and small to the right. A well maintained woodland to rear of park but can get muddy after rain. Very well used park by dog walkers and joggers.
Lovely place, pitch and hall hire was amazing, had a speaker in there and was a good size for parties. The staff was more than helpful. Couldn't of asked for more Thank you
Great area to take grand children 5 & 8 years old who have lots of fun on swings slides climbing frames with a nice walk around park to end vist
Brilliant space which is very well kept and so lovely to see families enjoying the park whilst junior football was being played on all the pitches.
