I went into collect a parcel I missed just before 6pm today. The postman was so lovely the team on shift weren't that busy, infact I was the only customer at that time and that's rare from what I have experienced. So I decided to ask if he had something to open my parcel with, he said no but lets try these keys he got out of his pocket and there and then he used his own key to open my parcel for me definitely went the extra mile in my eyes, brilliant! He could of said NO, but instead ended with a smile we even talked about the parcel and laughed then anither customer came in I said thankyou. Human kindness has definitely made my day, nobody knows anyones story, any act of kindness can help your worries be forgotten for a split second. He deserves a reward, now I wish I had spoken to his manager to let him know. Hope someone reads this from his office. Lovely man didn't think that many existed, thankyou. 😊

You pay for expensive service and then - system down or short staff or any other random siht but not your delivered parcel. Absolute joke!

Unfortunately this post office is following on from most others. Can get absolutely rammed, multiple booths will be closed and generally one person working at lunch hours (busiest time) this often results in spending your whole lunch time in the queue. Very cramped inside when it gets busy, would advise for more staff to be 'working' during lunch hours and for the interior to be opened up a bit as opposed to the 'cattle like' barriers they have.

Looked at the opening times on Google which said 7am open. I suggest opening when it says it should rather than make me wait 2 hours before you actaully open. Either that or correct you god damn opening hours.
