Come on leaps and bounds this last 12 months great staff updated some equipment. Online classes and Zoom. Spotless. Good work team

Good gym would recommend to anyone
Visited the gym for a taster session. Its was a Friday afternoon so was quiet. There was plenty of equipment, some in need of a refresh but a good variety. The gent on the desk was very helpful and honest about how busy peak times can be. This unfortunately put me off but I appreciated the transparency before paying for membership.
