Bought an Evoque from Kentdale and dealt with Jacob Lawless.nHe was very helpful and made the process of buying a used car from them very straightforward and he did everything he said he would.nCan thoroughly recommend Kentdale Landrover.
Went in to use skeleton key for locking wheel nut as lost mine. What a great service they gave. The young lady who was on reception blond hair was so engaging and professional. She made me feel happy to be there and went above and beyond in helping me. Thanks so much.
Please be aware of the service department they will happily assist you with your services and MoT and any issues, however this will come with further issues upon return due to negligence. My car has been damaged with further repairs and costs arising away from the initial complaint. I have witnessed this also while in the showroom with other customers. They are only interested in making as much money as they can and creating more issues to keep you paying. Be aware and note this review. Response from the owner below is for the public benefit as I have been on site and met the service manager and many emails with now involving the motor ombudsman, please think before allowing them to service or MOT you’re car.
Just had my Range Rover Sport 300D Dynamic SE in at Kentdale and the service has been First Class and friendly as usual from the family run business
The best experience I have ever had buying a car, Mark was the best salesman I have ever encountered, not pushy, laid back and down to earth, such a pleasant gentleman,and he will bend over backwards to make sure your purchase goes smoothly, unfortunately 2 days after collecting our new car, we had to contact land rover emergency assist, now thats a whole game changer, wow, I have never before known customer service like it, they got our car recovered and after a few hiccups! Ryan from servicing sorted us out with a courtesy car, I will be returning to purchase another car from this company again, they are all very attentive and a lovely bunch of people.Thank you so much for what you all did to help us
