Used them a lot over the last 4 years but the quality of work and service esoecially has been awful the last 12 months. Have had occasions when we've taken the car in and they haven't even looked at it because they've been too busy  (why book it in and say you can do It?) Had an occasion when I booked my car in 2 months in advance for a new cam belt only to drop it off and be told they hadn't ordered the part and most recently they charged me £45 to replace the cap for the radiator which they replaced for a cheap one that broke again and have just had it done elsewhere for a fraction of the price with a genuine cap from ford. Too many family politics seem to be happening in this garage now and nowhere near enough work!

Absolutely appalling service asked for a quote to change brake pads and a service couldn’t give me one gave me a card said ring later phoned the garage later said they couldn’t do it why tell me to ring later?? Appalled by the customer service would not recommend time wasters!!!!

My cousin has used Kent Street for a while now. wouldn't dream of going else where. these guys provide an incredible service every time and at great prices.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. CAR PICKED UP, FIXED AND DELIVERED BACK ALL IN THE SAME DAY!!! AT A THIRD OF THE PRICE OF ANYWHERE ELSE I WAS QUOTED. WILL DEFO USE AGAIN. GREAT GUYS!!!
