Checked in at 8pm, took an hour to get booked in, bloke behind the counter was asking lots of personal questions. The two lads that brought me in were more interested in chatting about the cartoons they were watching after work than telling me what I was there for. Custody sergeant wasn’t much to look at but one of the jailers was gorgeous so can’t complain I suppose 1 out of 2 ‍ anyway Food was terrible and they now have little paper spoons, not ideal in my opinion didn’t even get an early check out as no interview til 2.30pm, released at 5 with refused charge so all in all a waste of all of our time Giving it 2 stars as the jailer was fit and that was the only thing about it i enjoyed tbh Medway custody was better and will be aiming to commit my crimes that way in future
Still no arrests or anything after me and my children have been isolated in our own town, looking to take legal action now as they just don't seem to want to do anything or even call me back after at least 15 reports, I have been left with serious mental health issues due to their failure to protect me and my family.
Totally avoidance of doing the job of the police! You are supposed to be protecting the public!!!!! Do your job!!!!
Holded for hrs for no reason no care no diabetes medication for 15 hrs or blood pressure meds ect neglect someone needs to investigate this place worse policing ever let me go with no apologies or lift back to my hotel nothing just said think you've been identified as someone who's wanted lol I was at work outside my hotel having a cigarette oblivious to what was going on

This hotel was very poor. The food was obviously microwaved, and the uniform the staff wore left much to be desired. However, said staff were very friendly and, in fact, refused to let me leave the hotel, or even my room, under any circumstances. I can only give it three stars out of five. But the rates were very cheap I think they forgot to charge me any kind of bill? and if you're down on your luck in Folkestone you might end up here anyway!
I broke down in Folkestone and they drove by, can honestly say they were the loveliest people, not only did they offer me a lift home but they also looked at my car for me. Thank you so much for helping me get home safely.
Re Folkestone police station-how do you speak to a police officer when concerned about someone they have in custody? there appears to be only one number but no one answers and after a few minutes of "holding on" you are cut off- have tried x8 times in 30 minutes. Very disappointing..
Fairly difficult to contact the station. I believe there is a manned desk and would have expected to be able to talk to someone. Having a switchboard for the whole county cleary is not as effective as Kent constabulary might think.
Unprofessional baboons running the show here not one got a clue if it's New York or New Year foxtrot oscar you lot are dismissed
