An interestingly varied and informal bouquet, which was what I wanted, delivered on the day requested. And everything was in lovely, fresh condition too. I just can't help feeling the overall effect was a little on the sparse side for the money. Perhaps I'm out of touch with London prices but is this really all you get for £75 plus £9.50 delivery charge?
I came in yesterday to buy a bunch of flowers for my friend. There were three members of staff in the store, all of whom ignored me when I came in. Nobody smiled, nobody greeted me. One of the florists came to help me after little while, and put together a bouquet for me. There was no attempt, however, to tell me about the different flowers, the options, the prices. All in all, I found the customer service to be cold and unfriendly. The flowers were lovely, but you can find the same flowers elsewhere with much better service.
I live in the US and Kensington Flowers makes it very easy to send flowers to my daughter in London. Plus the flowers are always beautiful! Great website for ordering!
Truly gorgeous flower shop! And the ladies there are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. What a gem of a find! “Going the extra mile” just because…we bought a plant to be delivered and crossed over to a cafe nearby to write the card. 20mins later the lady ran across to find us, asking for the card as the delivery man had arrived and was ready to take the plant, otherwise would have waited until following day. Just…lovely in every way!
I have been meaning to write a review for a while but really needed to as the service that I had from Kensington Flowers was superb. To cut a long story short I live in Cornwall but was getting married in London last November. I made a few enquiries with florists in Kensington and decided on Kensington Flowers because of the reviews that I had seen and also the contact that I had with them. I dealt with Juliet via e-mail and she was delightful. She suggested that I send an image of my dress colour so she could match the dress colours with the bouquet and button holes, which I did. The whole process was very easy and stress free and on the morning of our wedding I popped in to collect the flowers, not really knowing what to expect but not worried as I felt very confident in Juliet and her staff. When I saw the flowers I was blown away. Far better than I had ever expected, truly beautiful and Juliet and her team had listened to my requests and completely delivered. The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen and the colour match with my dress was perfect. I would recommend them again in a heart beat. The bouquet they designed was stunning and lasted for over a week and was excellent value for money. I just wish I lived closer as I would be buying from them on a weekly basis.
My brother and sister-in-law sent me flowers from Kensington Flowers and I could not be happier! Hopefully the photos speak for themselves : They also texted me the day of delivery to ensure I’d be home when they arrived. Such a lovely experience

Kensington flowers are quite exceptional. Juliet made a beautiful cross and a huge flower arrangement for my father's funeral and they were simply stunning. Everyone present at the funeral commented on the beautiful flowers and how exceptionally beautiful they were. I am so grateful to Juliet, not only for the beautiful flower arrangements with the freshest of flowers, but also for lending us a pedestal for the flower arrangement and being so flexible about delivery times. Her colleague, Angus was also very helpful and patient with me, when I was placing the order and helped me in selecting the right arrangements for the occasion. In future, I shall only use Kensington Flowers for all occasions, when we require flowers. Thank you Kensington Flowers, you are the best.
