Initial experience wasnt a positive one but the new manager John called me in to discuss our experience and went above and beyond to ensure i felt not only heard but understood.nAs a mother of a child with additional needs i can honestly say its not often that we as a family feel understood, but John and Kay were a fantastic team and are definately making this family hub not only family friendly but also entirely inclusive and disability friendly.nThe young carers group is a win win with my girls and we are looking forwards to embarking upon their Beam session.
The staff at this hub and all the others in the Wakefield district do a fantastic and essential job supporting families and children.
Well organised and welcoming for a first timer with granddaughter
