Sorry guys. You've been a good burger place for a while, but recent orders have left little but a bad taste in the mouth and resulted in night-time toilet trips. Not sure if it was the salad or the burger or the bacon, but something didn't sit well with me this last weekend. You also put onions all over the wife's deacon brody again despite asking for them to not be included again. It was fun while it lasted and sometimes tasty too, but my money is going elsewhere from now on. Shame, cos you used to be good.
Excellent! Order from here quite regularly and never ever had a bad one yet. Always hot fresh and perfect to your order highly recommend

Rubbish...they didn't send what we ordered and on top of that they wouldn't exchange or refund saying that it's what we ordered, even if the note stated differently. The staff was very rude when we contacted them, so I'm never ordering from them again. Absolute waste of time and money
Will never order from here again. Waited an hour and a half and received wrong order. Rang to complain and ask for refund and told order was correct. Liar and she knew it. Absolute rubbish and terrible customer service
Early delivery, the food was absolutely fantastic definitely ordering again very soon.
Ordered food and expected a wait like you always do. Got to 1hr 30mins and called in was told my food is on its way. 20 minutes later still not here so called again. Was told its not gone out yet and will be another 15 minutes this was the same person who told me it had left 20 minutes earlier ha. Unbelievable! Cancelled order and wouldn't use again. tbh Ellis's on Standish St is miles better anyway - they just don't deliver on a Saturday night.
Placed an order of £35 was no where near that quality for price! Cheesy chips couldn’t complain about but unfortunately about the burgers Kebs very little lettuce was almost Thule they had run out on a very fine, gherkins well we had only a tale end of one plus stoke, & the ice creams fudge cake was a mess, must of been defrosted & frozen again because all I could taste & crunch ice! Very disappointed apart from cheesy chips! This restaurant really needs to put out more care & quality I really would like a refund it was that bad
First off - the burgers are fantastic. Truly. And the coleslaw is brilliant - the best I've had. Sadly they are let down by delivery drivers who continually forget items off the menu and are late. The service on the phone could be miles better too. Its a real shame as the Big Ken Burger once you remove the soggy lettuce is one if the best burgers I've ever eaten. Guys pick up your service game so it matches your burgers.
Ordered via Burnley Eats for 18.45hrs arrived at 17.30hrs, over an hour early so had to eat there and then. Fries like rubber, cheesy fries half cooked, chicken wrap very dry and no bbq sauce as requested. Very poor quality for a £20 burger takeaway
