Cowboys, absolutely terrible, they had my boyfriends van for 6 weeks then when he finally picked ut up it broke down 5 weeks at a cost of £1,500 it broke down a stones throw from the garage! They also supposedly sorted the oil leak on his Mercedes, we’ve since found out they charged him £550 for the part and they just patched it up with silicone! Took the proper mechanic ages to get it off. Ken’s Autos should no longer be operating - What a joke!
I used this place over a year ago and forgot to post. STEER CLEAR they messed up my MOT most likely because they were high, the 2 young men there smelt strongly of cannabis, very unprofessional and scruffy. Straight after my MOT they hopped into a car and went off somewhere. Pretty concerning.
Ahmed and his team managed to get me in for my MOT on the same day at very late notice. Great speedy and professional service. Thank you
I went there because I had a flat tyre. They said they couldn't find where the air was coming out so they claimed they could fix it with sealant and asked for £20 in cash. I drove to work and found my tyre had deflated again so I had to bring it back. They then found the tear, but it was on the side so I needed a new tyre. I had to spend far too much money and I felt the people working there were rude and just wanted to take your money. Wouldn't recommend going there.
Poor service if caught out due to stealing a car battery and swapping it with an incorrect battery for the car. Leaving the car in pieces to bring it back. Also showing threatening behaviour poor poor poor stay away. Don’t use them find a better garage with better service and client mannerism. They even threatened me saying. Do you know who I am something links for boxing, but they use that as a threat to be very careful I would avoid like the plague
Misleading website. I booked an air con regas online. The price quoted was £54.00. When I turned up at the appointed time, I was told the website prices were incorrect, and being a Saturday it was cash only. The price now was £70.00. I went to a cash point and upon my return was told "this vehicle takes the new type of gas which is more expensive. Do you want us to carry on?" This was the last straw. I told them to disconnect the apparatus because I had now had enough. I was then told I wouldn't find it cheaper anywhere else, and they would do it for £90.00. Back to the cash point for another £20.00. Needless to say I will not recommend Ken's Autos, nor will I ever use their services again. What is the point of having a website when it is out of date. An absolutely bad experience as far as I am concerned. As I said at the start of this feed back....misleading.
Ken's autos were excellent, good service and doing all to keepthe cost dowwn. Ahmed was amazing, no wonder my neighbour recommended. This is the garage I'll be using from now on.Thanks Ken's autos. Jane Jones
Had a service today further to an MOT in November last year. Can't fault the service or the price. Easy to get a appointment. No frills or fuss. Drive it up, get a time to collect, get a price, go pick it up. Very good.ServicesVehicle safety inspection
The guys at Kens autos really went the extra mile for me and my daughter.I have used them for MOT and other services for the last five years and always found them to be really helpful and they try their best to accommodate anything that needs doing. They always are reasonably priced and happy to explain work that needs doing and give solid advice.
Had to take my wife's Audi for an MOT. it failed on brakes and tires which I knew. The work was fully carried out and was ready to be collected the same day. Had no hesitation in getting my sons car booked in for service. That too had work needing. Sparks and coil pack etc. Again no issues. Would recommend without hesitation. Very happy.
