Exceptional help and service from Ken Newcombe Funeral Directors. Very professional throughout, especially Lucy who was so helpful and empathetic. I do not hesitate to recommend this Funeral Director, they helped send Mum off just as she wanted.
I wanted to extend my thanks to Ken Newcombe Funeral Directors in Bodmin, Cornwall and to especially commend Lucy Breach for her help, flexibility and kindness when my father died unexpectedly. Lucy is a real credit to Ken Newcombe and Dignity. I had never had to deal with arranging a family funeral - but Lucy and her colleagues made it as easy a process as possible.
