Zoe helped, guided and advised us through this diffucult and sad period. She helped us with decisions in a compassionate and supportive way. We felt very comfortable from start to finish. I received a calk from Matthew, the day before my Dad's cremation to run through the way things would work on the day, which was very welcome and reassuring. On the day everything was perfect!
