Very welcoming, nice atmosphere, relaxing music. Had a pedicure and acrylics with gel polish. Done a thorough job. Highly recommended them.
Fairly new to this area and not a huge fan of driving into the town centre and parking etc. I also went to another one in Kempston and my acrylics snapped after a few days so this is the best local one I've found. It's convenient for free parking next to Tesco that has an ATM, as I don't usually use cash. Staff quiet but I'd rather just have time to unwind rather than talk anyway. Been a few times and never had to book an appointment, just walk in. £27 for infill gel isn't the cheapest but convenient, good job and fast - exactly what I need.Service: Manicure
I called and made a booking for my granddaughter to have acrylic nails. The appointment was for 12 but at 1:15 she had still not been started. It seems that if you’re young, you can be ignored, even though she was paying for her own nails. My granddaughter said that people were coming into the salon after her and were being helped first. Absolutely atrocious business ethics
This the worst manicure I ever had I would recommend not going their the young girl doing my nails cut me. She Still wanted to pain my nails and my finger was bleeding so much she did nit even apologise . Would not recommend anyone going there . I certainly will not .Service: Manicure
Worst experience with nails ever, they were aggressive and completely rude. As a 16 ur old girl I went in alone for prom nails was told £25 in the phone and then was told for them to use clean equipment it would be and extra £2 then when I went to pay I was told it would be £37. Purely because they used acrylic power when it was not what I asked for I asked for gels. They robbed and manipulated me. Any young girls looking for a nail salon this is the worst possible place to go. Reported to trading standards. Disgraceful.
Rude and arrogant. I walked in and asked if they had a popular brand of nail polish that other salons have and they rudely replied that it’s just OPI without even looking at me or asking me about the colour I was after. The energy in the place is way off, you can feel the hostility as you walk in. I only came as my usual place is extremely busy due to the Xmas period. I will never come to this place again.
i had my nails done last thursday and i am disgusted with the way they was acting, i had 3 different people doing my nails and the way they interacted with myself was disgusting!! because i had 3 different people doing my nails it was rushed due to closing time and i will NEVER be returning there again!!

I've been coming to Star Nails for over seven years now, and can't go anywhere else. The service is professional and prompt, my nails always look perfect and exactly how I asked for. I know I'll get good advice and reliable, consistent results.
