I surprisingly found the discontinued 22 year old part I needed and received it quickly and at a great price! The only issue was the threads were wrong, however I was able to swap out the nut with my original part!
Just received my order, later than promised, wrong parts, and they were even damaged. Avoid this company
Item was available at a very good price compared to what Thermoking wanted and shown as in stock. Ordered using free delivery as in no rush. Kept up to date with order process and dispatch. Received tracking information and item arrived the very next day. Thanks.
Really poor customer service. Been a customer for some years, but put in a larger order last week and had the price hiked by over 25% from a quote the previous month. Avoid them if you're looking for a good working relationship with a professional company.
This is a review update: previously a 1 star review due to Kempston’s mess up with my order. About a week back they reached out, apologised and refunded a small amount of my order. Although this doesn’t fix the mistake, it does show a good customer service.
