With the 2017 Season fast approaching, Kemnay Bowling Club is hoping to continue it's growth where we have almost double our playing members to 66 in the last 2 years!
Kemnay Social & Bowling Club (hereafter; KBC) was established many moons ago and has continued to be a staple of the Kemnay community not only because of the popular Bowling Green but also due to the Social side of the club - a fully licensed bar resulting in many a good night after a game of bowls; both indoor or outdoor.
With some of the clubs 'older' members not looking to continue the sport for the 2015 season - KBC made the decision to take to social media in an effort to get more members on board. The club has a small supply of bowls available for anyone wishing to come and try the sport and coaching can be provided if required.
The club officially opens it's doors for the new season on Saturday April 18th and there are number of internal club competitions held throughout the season starting in May as well as one day events held on a Sunday on various dates throughout the season. No additional fee for entry with food provided for a small fee at the Sunday competitions. The club is also available for functions. A deposit of £200.00 is required at time of booking with £150.00 returned after the event once the club has been checked for damage.
