This has to be the worst taxi company in fife Complete shambles I ordered a taxi at 22:00 for 12:15 they never showed up until 1 am every time we phoned asking where it was they said it will be 5 to 10 minutes the woman on the phone didn’t have a clue. Do not use this taxi company they are ridiculous

Sad to give such a bad rating but I’d used them for ages with no real hassle, family’s used them for years, but they’ve just been taken over by new owners and the guy’s attitude sucks. He emerged from the back office while I was trying to make my regular booking and very aggressively said he’d changed their hours and wouldn’t take my booking. Fair enough but he went on to basically accuse me of having wasted his time and cost him money by using his Taxis as no one else ever got one after midnight, which is an outright lie as Just last week maybe driver told me he’d just come from another job and I’ve even shared a car with another hire before. All in all his attitude was very patronising and intimidating and I won’t be using this service in future.
