Awful customer service. My parcel was delivered while I was away and left outside. It was then stolen and they refused to help and said it wasn’t their problem. The courier also didn’t help but thankfully I got my money back through PayPal. Very unkind considering it was a toy for my child, shop couldn’t care less!

It's okay they have a very large choice of Christmas decorations however it's very expensive
Fantastic family run business, staff are very helpful and the Christmas shop is amazing. Recently done a self build and bought everything from cement to roof tiles from Kellys, Sean was a great help throughout the build and I would not hesitate in recommending Kellys to anyone.
Ordered garden chairs online and they were here the same day! So happy.
Beautiful ...wandered around all the displays and bought lots 20% off my bill too and a lovely cup of coffee for us aswell ... congratulations kellys you never fail to please.....you will be amazed at the christmas shop and that lovely warming stove too...staff so helpful aswell.......
The Christmas shop is amazing but a bit on the expensive side, discounts are offered to VIP customers.. there is also building supplies for all your DIY jobs, staff are on hand to help if needed and parking is directly outside.
I am a regular at Kellys and find staff very pleasant. The course is looking well and once the sand has bedded in on the putting areas everything will be 100%
Fantastic Christmas Area beautifully presented and eady to shop the different coloured Thames, lots off inspiration
Good shop, friendly staff & good customer service. Would recommend buying from them. They're always improving the shop.
