The service provided by the team of Pattinson Estate Agents in Bedlington has been to a very high standard. From the outset, especially Faye, has been instrumental in ensuring we have been kept up to date throughout the process of selling our home. From arranging the viewings, providing constructive feedback and the support in the latter stages of the process has been extremely helpful. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation recommending their service.
Having met with and used other estate agents in the Tyne and Wear area, I can genuinely say that Pattinson's are second to none. They provide a service which I can only describe as excellent. I have been very impressed with the whole team at Pattinson's, but especially the Bedlington branch, who I currently deal with. They have literally went above and beyond in order to help me. No matter what issue arose, I was made to feel that nothing was too much. They have been professional, great with communication and very easy to deal with. Genuine 5*
We bought our house in Bedlington through Pattinson's. They were a pleasure to deal with - the phone always got answered, and my questions were either answered or passed on promptly to the seller and their solicitors. Everything seemed to run very smoothly and efficiently, and the staff were always friendly and approachable. When it comes to selling the property I'd be entirely happy to use Pattinson's as they seem easy to deal with and reliable.
Completely avoid if you can! Other reviews about great service are true - when you move in. Beyond that, the service is abysmal. Repair requests get ignored, you’re left to constantly chase them yourself, inspections will be booked and then not even attempted, and nobody knows what anyone in any other departments are doing. Expect to have to go between Maintenance and Office yourself, and have repair tickets open for months with no resolution in sight. A marked difference in service once you’re locked into a contract; just avoid at all costs.
A fantastic team couldn’t do enough for us, highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or looking for a home. Thank you so much for everything you did to try and find us a house we were not your easiest customers but nothing was too much your patience and kindness from the whole team was so appreciated.
Jane and all her team at Pattinsons Bedlington have been superb and we cannot thank or recommend them enough. A straight forward sell and purchase took us through a stressful 5 long months, due to what can only be described as an appalling experience with solicitors. Pattinsons really need to remove RAW Clarke from their panel, it reflects on you Jane and her team at Bedlington chased and chased for us and all the communication we received was via them, nothing was too much trouble and to be honest if it wasn’t for all of them we probably would have pulled out. Customer service was exceptional, cannot recommend highly enough, thank you.
The auction process certainly took the stress out of selling a property. The staff at Pattinsons were extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the process all the way. 28 days and done amazing - if you want to sell quickly I would definitely recommend using the auction process.
The team at Bedlington, were very helpful, especially Simon Conroy, who handled the majority of our viewings as well as the handover as we moved into the property. Simon made the whole experience stress free and made sure that he took the time with my mum and myself, making sure that the property was right for her and her needs. He was knowledgeable about the properties we viewed and was happy to answer the many questions we had. He made letting a property a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend both Simon and Pattinsons at Bedlington.
