i used this station late at night for many weeks and never felt unsafe, the security are on top of everything and very friendly. as for the bus station itself, it’s falling apart, many buckets scattered around catching water droplets from the roof, some of the boards can be faulty and Stand F is always closed from a jammed door. unfortunately the state of the bus station brings this down from 5 to 3.
Waited for the 18 minutes past bus that's never turned up the the next one at 33 was 15 minutes late which also made me late for work I'm walking next time . don't use keighley bus service
Terrible bus service. More often than not the busses are late, or dont even turn up at all. Add to that overcrowding and often rude drivers
It was okay but it seems there's water coming on the floor when it rains because the last time I was there, it rained and everywhere was slippery. Not good enough.
Clean and tidy very well presented floral show around the centre and the park, bus station very clean and tidy ,busy but safe
