I purchased a 4 bed detached house with keepmoat. Great service and support provided by development team. We have been looked after Sales executive Sharron. She was available for any questions and answered understandable. She communicated with us and lawyers where it was required. Checklist and paperwork have been followed up as required. Once we moved in sitemanager Aiden took over and introduced to the property. Once moved in keepmoat support team with Ashley has taken over. Happy to do future business with keepmoat and from our site we would recommend anyone interested to work with reliable developers in UK.
Great staff and beautiful homes. Sharron and Ashley are very helpfull and very nice womens in office. Thank You so much. I would like really recommended Keapmoat Woodford Grange for new buyers.
Absolutely Amazing Service from all the team at Woodford Grange. Nicola has been brilliant even with all my pestering always she answers the phone and gets back to me via email or call. No question is a daft one what can I say. House buying is stressful but they took that away.. My house is perfect and any little snags are resolved straight away.. If you don’t already live here I cannot stress strongly enough how much you SHOULD NOT buy on this estate. It is absolutely diabolical in every sense. Keepmoat are the worst for standards, customer service and everything in between. This estate is absolutely disgusting in every way. Don’t let them con you into buying here. Please please find elsewhere to live. Literally Mars would be a better and more pleasant option. Do not buy here. You’ll never resell the property and it’s absolutely vile in every possible way.
The show homes were amazing .The staff knowledgeable and really helpful and friendly and the house price was good for a three bed semi.
Don't listen to anyone from keepmoat, it's all lies. Listen to the ones who have been put through hell. I strongly advise to not buy from Keepmoat. Why? Have a look at Keepmoat trustpilot or woodford grange estate group on fb.
5 times we have had water coming through our living room ceiling after keepmoat have apparently fixed the issue.
One of the nicest developments in Winsford that are currently on sale.
Its huge building estate pity cant take on local people who live in the area. Workeed here twice. Use to be my School before they built on it.
