Quiet, move through the mall like driving on roads, keep left. I don't understand the market place style phone accessories store being open while we are supposed to be on the highest Covid security level 3 though- in what way is a phone cover essential?

Could have been good but closed!

Not much there anymore, used to be better but it seems to be going down hill. There's nicer and better places to shop if you need something.

I use the keel row shopping centre quite a bit, and find the staff are really friendly and eager to help

Ok selection of cheaply priced shops. A little bit dated. Good for a bargain. Coffee shop in the middle ran by friendly staff.
