After years of making excuses for not going back to BJJ i noticed the schedule for the gym mainly the early BJJ classes and decided to try it out for myself in a trial class.nnThe Team at fordes are always welcoming and make you feel like you are part of the community. If you are on the fence about starting. Have a trial class and i promise you will be back for another session
Started my boxing journey here 6 years ago and have recently returned back.nI absolutely love this gym.nThe ladies class on a Thursday is epic.
Great gym. Very friendly for beginners, always welcoming and great attention is spent with the students. They also have alot of International stars that train there too. So they cater for all levels. Facilities are on point too, great set up and have two rings too. I love the place.
Have been training with Jimmy for almost a year now and I don’t have anything negative to say about him or the gym. They are accommodating to all fitness and ability levels and there is a great atmosphere. Fordes is a great place to train and it will help your physical and mental health as well as making you have fun.
Have trained at Fordes for some time and love the atmosphere and how friendly and professional all the trainers are. My son recently started doing the group boxing sessions and went from one to two sessions straight away as loved it so much, and has made some good buddies as well as love the variety of the sessions and how they are all pushed but looked after. Would highly recommend Fordes
