I don’t know why I keep ordering from this takeaway, 90% of the time there is something wrong with the order, tonight’s order turned up with out a £3.50 naan. When I called and asked for my money refunded for the naan they said they had a driver bring it straight away, 40 mins later still waiting! Shocking servic
Regular/loyal kebabish customer, but lately the delivery has been a joke. Tonight finished it. 8 pokey wee bits of chicken in the curry and the wrong sides delivered. Hopeless
It's an OK takeaway sometimes good sometimes not so good. They could be a bit more generous with the sauces.
I would have rated zero if possible.Horrendous wait of 2 and a half hours since placing order. Phone and was told it was going to be few mins. Then over half an hour later phoned again. Said driver was stopped by police. So why were they unable to advise? Said we don't want it if it's gonna be cold. Said it won't be. Turned up and they said it had been freshly cooked. Was all reheated. Salad piping hot in kebab. Nan soggy and horrendous. Poppadoms soggy. I'd have preferred to have thrown my £30 down a drain. Shocked that they didn't even offer a partial refund. Definitely will be advising everyone to stay clear. Embarrassing.
3 times I've asked for chips with no salt as my daughters just had her tonsils out. I also asked for a grilled chicken wrap with spicy relish and got a crispy wrap no relish I think the drive thru folk must be deaf or simply dont pay attention.
Poppodoms were old, bendy and soggy. We paid in full by card, the delivery driver accepted this and yet the delivery driver tried to extort more money out of us and got really aggressive. There were 6 tiny bits of chicken in the tikka meal and the lamb tasted suspiciously like beef. Cheese naan had very little cheese and was ruined because it was folded over. This place was recommended to us by a friend, that friend will be getting a slap.
I used to travel thru to bsilliestons madras cottage until i found this place. Amazing food for much cheapness.wen i told niki the chef my wife found the spiced onions too spicy he offered to make her a seperate milder portion. South indian garlic chilli chicken n chicken tikka birryanni amazing.
The food here, whilst not the best, is acceptable for a takeaway quick meal. It's fine for the occasional quick meal but I wouldn't like to think it was my main source of food.
Great food, absolutely shocking delivery service. A disgrace if you ask me! Won't be waiting an hour & a half on food again as will not be placing another order!
Got a takeaway after a recommendation, flavours were great, but felt the meat was not as tender as it should have been .
