This surgery offers the lowest level of care I’ve ever come across, my advice would be not to register or move if you’re a patient. Never wanting to look into problems. Absolutely shocking. Luckily I didn’t require their assistance much in the 7 years as a patient but when I did the service was extremely poor. Avoid at all costs.
The female receptionist's behaviour was shocking; she lacked empathy and failed to assist someone with a disability caused by an injury. She hung up the phone on me.nI wouldn't recommend registering. The care level is very low, and you never see the same consultant. For a holistic approach, they fail.
I agree with the lady below about how this medical centre doesn’t seem to wanna be in any hurry to help anyone.nnI am struggling with my mental health atm I am not suicidal I am just struggling atm really bad, 2 phone calls I have made in the last 2 days and both times I’ve been told to check this link for an appointment and both times no appointments.nnI would advice anyone to leave this surgery if you want someone to actually care about younnYou don’t even deserve the one star my I add
Just wanted to say the reception team at this surgery are wonderful, I have never had an issue with them, they are always polite and comforting especially when it takes a lot for someone with my anxiety to ring up. Yes the surgery itself isn't always able to offer what other surgeries can but people need to realise that's down to the funding from the council, not because they choose not to.
Awful place ! I am having to change doctors as I have spoke to multiple doctors. Feel like i have had no help and have been laughed at.nMy hands physically do not work yet I am being told nothing can be done and people who are born without arms can work and I should too. Been called rude for asking questions because I stumped them and all these doctors do is read off of google. Joke of a place !
