I am disabled and received absolutely fantastic service and help to replace my washing machine. Having used this company for 30 years I can confirm that the local service has been consistent.
My parents washer broke on a Thursday morning - called Knights and all sorted in 15 minutes new one ordered - Friday afternoon delivered installed and the old one removed - fantastic service - well done 100/100 5/12/2020 Knights visited to resolve a problems with my parents telephone. They were brilliant - swiftly identifying the issue and resolving it - I can not put into words how great these people are - thank you 100/100 you can not get better service.
We are really lucky to have Knights in Oakham. Thank you. They have brilliant product knowledge and their excellent customer service is real. local and friendly. Everything is sold at a good fair price, and once you add their service, it has always proved cheaper to buy locally from Knights than savings offered on the internet.
Well done Knights on your delivery this afternoon of my washing machine. The guys were great, they fitted it all up and made sure it was working before going. They also took my old machine for recycling. It's always best to buy local.
My washing machine went wrong this morning I rang and got a new machine delivered the same day by a very helpful polite man very impressed with the service both buying it and the delivery of it thank you.
Hard on the heels of a broken washing machine - sorted swiftly by Knights - Mum and Dad experienced problems with their telephone handsets. Once again, the problem was swiftly identified and a solution arranged. Wholehearted recommendation - a faultless experience!
I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother, who lives in Stamford, Lincolnshire. During the Coronavirus lockdown in Spring 2020 my mum wanted to buy a digital Freeview HD TV recorder but she was struggling to find one, as most of the retailers were closed. However, she contacted Knight's of Oakham and spoke to a man called Kevin. He told her he could order a recorder for her, set it up remotely in the shop and then deliver it and install it as the lockdown conditions eased slightly. Kevin was true to his word, acted in a professional manner at all times, kept to the timescales promised and delivered and installed the recorder faultlessly, demonstrating its use to my mum and ensuring she was satisfied. My mum is so pleased with the recorder and Kevin's level of service and asked me to do this review for her. Well done Kevin and Knight's of Oakham and thank you. 14 April 2021 - I'm reviewing Knights of Oakham again as my elderly mother, who lives in Stamford, has used their services again to replace her washing machine. Yet again the quality and speed of their service was exemplary. Only 2 days later, my mother has a new washing machine, delivered and installed by Knights' excellent team, who took away the old machine too. Thanks again, Knights for making the process so easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company.
Brilliant shop, staff so knowledgeable and friendly. Great range of all the top brands, they deliver when you want them to deliver and they never fail. I wouldn’t ever think of going anywhere else for my electrical appliances. Top shop.
